The practice is far too large -- it feels impersonal and not professional. I witnessed an office worker ask a patient to move so he could feed the fish. The worker then climbed on the couch while balancing a tub of fish food and trying to pry open the lid of the fish tank! I received different care/post-op instructions from each staff member I encountered and from the surgical center. FMLA paperwork did not reflect what I was told and I still had no clear direction for returning to work.
Dr. Fajardo does non-invasive measures first. As a last measure surgery. It is very much appreciated. Also his gentleness is reassuring and calming.
Dr. Fajardo restored my wrist function with carpal tunnel tendon release surgery in January 2018. I went through outpatient surgery; no anesthesia or sedation (by my choice) and was out in no time flat. Easy recovery. Excellent instructions and guidance throughout the process. His office staff is pleasant to deal with and they are all very timely. He has an easy manner and takes the time needed to answer all questions and give guidance where needed. I would most certainly refer others to him.
When I suffered a severe fracture of my left wrist in September 2017 I did not have an Orthopedic Surgeon that specialized in the hand/wrist . I was referred to Dr. Fajardo because of his specialty and I am so extremely thankful for the referral. From the very first time I met him, he was sympathetic to my situation and I felt extremely confident that he was the doctor that will take great care of me and he did exactly that. I am so appreciative to him and to his staff.
Dr.Fajardo was skillfull and reassuring, he treat my fractured right ankle and left wrist. Answered all my questions and was very competent. I would definitely recommend him. His staff was the best.
My first visit with Dr. Fajardo went very well. I have had symptoms consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome for four months along with another contributing condition. I appreciate the time and patience taken toward evaluating and answering questions about my history, test results and prior treatments. Finally, after determining a care plan, Dr. Fajardo was able, on the same day, to administer a cortisone injection I needed, and I had no trouble scheduling a timely follow-up appointment.
I would highly recommend Dr Fajardo and his staff for any injury to your hand or arm. They were professional, personable, and took their time with me for any questions I had. My recovery time was minimal with very little discomfort.
Dr. Fajardo was very accommodating, attending to my injury with information, concern, and timely scheduling of procedure. My surgery (a first in my 84 years) was very successful and without complications. I am healing well and benefitting by excellent PT.
Overall a pleasant experience with a caring doctor. I left very comfortable with my visit and the information provided.
