We have tried multiple times to work with this office to figure out treatment for a rare blood disease that my wife has. She was dealing with the consequences from this same disease today and wasn't able to make it in for her appointment. Dr Nuttal decided that he just wasn't going to reschedule her appointment and give up on us. We are quite upset with them as it has taken quite a bit of effort to try and get them to schedule the appointments in the first place.
Horrible experience with this man. Did not act compassionately or even pretend to. I honestly don’t know why he is still doing this. It’s very apparent he is over his job and all his patients are just cancer patients, not people. Having had cancer himself I expected him to be more compassionate and understanding, but this man didn’t even look at me half the time he was talking to me. I’m so impressed with Dr. Nuttle and staff. They do such a great job in caring for their patients. Dr. Nuttle never seems rushed during my appointments. He listens and adjust treatment as needed. His entire staff is filled with compass and professionalism.
Dr. Nuttall is a fantastic thought partner to have through a tough medical journey. He talks with us to understand our hopes for life, care and treatment—then recommends therapies to accomplish our desired outcome. He listens, remembers what we've said previously, and makes us feel valued and important.
