No matter what hygienist I have an appointment with, they are all so nice and attentive to my comfort while providing excellent services. Dr. McRae always comes in to say hello and ask if I have any questions or concerns. The front desk staff is nice and personable, except for one, I don't think she cares for me LOL as when I check out, (twice a year) I always ask for a little extra something from my cleaning and I don't think she appreciates it. Never the less, 5 stars all the way around, I would never go any place else!!
They are always 5 star. Not only are the Dentists TOP NOTCH...the staff is super knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and always know you by name when you come through the door....HIGHLY RECOMMEND...actually, I have recommended them to my client and they had the same experience.
By far the most wonderful professional dental office I have been in. Every staff member I have worked with, from the reception desk to the dental assistants, hygienists and dentists have been amazing. I truly feel my life is better for having found Willow Springs, dental. I highly recommend them because they genuinely listen to my concerns and have met and exceeded my expectations. Suzanne S
