This wait time was acceptable, but not so in the past. There were times when after one and a half hours, I left.

Office was clean
Dr Guttman is an excellent doctor when he finally gets in to see you. He is overbooked and always running EXTREMELY behind. I have approached the staff in the past and given them an ultimatium that centers around the fact that I will leave if I don't see him in the next 'X' amount of minutes.
I like his communication with Dr. who referred me although Dr. to whom he referred me couldn't find his communication.
