Although Dr Guttman is a qualified physician he has a history of poor time management. He has publicly stated to patients that an hours wait is his his opinion “on time”. I have at times waited nearly one and half hours for a five minute lab review only to be told see you in six months. I have seen that he typically books six patients per hour, and by 10 am is already an hour behind. My last visit for a 9:15 appt was significantly delayed when he arrived at the office at 9:50 and was told to expect another hour wait. That wa... read more
After 2 hrs Still waiting to see dr. Not thrilled
I’ve called as many as 6 times before anyone called back, then they booked my appointment for a time other than what they told me. Dr Guttman is a good doctor, but I’m going to find another urologist as his office staff is totally incompetent and couldn’t care less about his patients.
Dr. Guttman is a wonderful doctor. He removed a 9mm kidney stone without any issues. His staff is horrific --they don't respond to phone calls. I'm not sure why this is tolerated as this site has many complaints about the front desk as I have had. For this reason, I've changed to another urologist. The stars reflex the issues in the office
staff is ABSOLUTELY INADEQUATE!!! Portal messages NEVER get answered. I have 5 in there now over 6 months....not one addressed. Phone calls never answered beside leaving messages with answering machine AND phone service. I have prostate cancer that is aggressive and NO ONE seems to be in a hurry to start my treatment. INEXCUSABLE!!!! Guttman is VERY good and such a shame his staff could give a flip!!
Dr. Guttman and Jennifer Palmer are fantastic. My issues are in the scheduling and trying to reach the office. I have left messages for a return call but have not been contacted. Wait times are typically long as well. Once I see somebody, the appointment is great.
I’ve been a kidney stone producing patient of Dr. Guttman since 2018. He truly saved my quality of life believing there was a metabolic reason for my producing so many stones, and that’s what it was. I had a parathyroid tumor that had caused my calcium levels to rise to a dangerous level. The tumor was removed. We continue to monitor, and although I’ve has a couple of lithotripsies since, hopefully blasting OLD formed stones, it looks like Dr. Guttman and my nephrologist have this condition under control. He is knowledgeable and caring doctor. He diagnosed my sickness and guide me until everything was done. I recommend him for any patient in need. He is super nice person.
