I am a caregiver to an 86 year old woman who was referred to Dr. Levy. It was a horrible experience for my patient. Dr. Levy was rushing the whole time. She was there post stroke because her eyes were bothering her. His assistant did the eye exam and he simply looked at notes on his computer. He didn’t examine her eyes and without explanation told her that her eyes were fine and she actually had arthritis in her neck effecting her eyes.
