Very knowledgable, friendly Doctor. He takes his time with patients.Fast respond on refill prescriptions and your needs.
My husband and I seen Dr. Sullivan in Fountain Hills, and again at his new practice in Scottsdale. Dr. Sullivan is a caring professional who took time to discuss health issues even though the office was busy. He seems to care about his patience health and continued good health.
Poor care from P.A and worse from the actual doctor. Failed to resolve skin problem. Horrible quality of care and complete lack of professionalism. DO NOT USE.
Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and confident. He diagnosed and treated a chronic condition in a way that I was comfortable with, which I had given up on getting any relief from years ago. His staff is always awesome, and I've never been left languishing in the waiting room. Doesn't leave the room until everything I've brought up is resolved or otherwise addressed. I'm not sure what else I could ask for from a primary care doc, other than same/next day scheduling for non-emergencies.
The best! Will take the time to understand your medical issues and look for solutions. Have been a patient over 10 years and love the guy! Excellent service.
I've had Dr Sullivan as my PCP for about 10 years. He's well versed in diabetes & heart care. He's not one to prescribe pills to make you think you'll feel better. He's up to date in the latest care technologies; e.g., insulin pumps, data collection through meter uploads. Very friendly, with a great sense of humor. Dr Sullivan partners well with other doctors such as cardiologists.
Highly recommend, if you want to hear the truth, what can be addressed, and are willing to get better, and, take charge of your health. He is up to date on everything new in research and application, on my three serious chronic health conditions. He listens to concerns and discusses ways to address them. Makes excellent referrals for additional assistance with my serious medical conditions. As a result of his care I have not needed additional medications or surgeries for the past 8 years.
