I agree with many of the negative reviews. Dr Sullivan has changed. He is now condescending, tone deaf, and arrogant. I wonder if the two PAs that have quit did so for the same reasons. It is sad. I have severed my relationship with him.
Not sure what is going on here, but I cannot get in contact with anyone from this office. I called to schedule an appointment that required labs, I got a call with a referral to get labs without an appointment, which was great... However I have not been able to get in contact with anyone from this office to discuss the results of my labs. Multiple messages have been left via the portal and via phone. It has been a month since my labs and nothing. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable as a healthcare provider.
I am recanting my previous review of Dr. Sullivan. I can no longer recommend him. I cannot go into details as I have a formal complaint against him that's being filed. I will post updates when this is all over with. He USED to be good. Don't let the old reviews from 5 to 7 years ago fool you. He's changed and I've changed doctors. Funny to read the other negative reviews of people that have experienced the same issue. Not sure what happened to him.
Super friendly but not great on time management. If you like making an appointment, then waiting over an hour - go here. It's not a one off either. Wish it was different because I really like them as a team.
