Ms. Terisa Hess patient Dr. Botnik and his staff are GREAT . There is a strong feeling of friendship and high comfort level with conversation. Unlike many Dr.'s that I feel intimidated by. Of course there is the added joy of secretly wishing you were still the hottie that you were 10 yrs. ago and not a patient .
