Dr. Bergman performed emergency in 2015 after I fractured my hip. Six weeks later he replaced my shoulder which I fractured in the previous accident. My knee was also fractured but he said to wait because I had had enough traumatic surgeries.
He has done 2 surgeries in past year for me, 1. total left hip replacement after fall caused by collapsed 3-wheel walker, 2. left shoulder replacement. Left knee was fractured also but Dr. Bergman felt it would not be good at my age 78 tio do it then. My right knee had been replaced several years ago by Dr. Saperstein who was not available at the time of my last fall which required emergency surgery. It's a great, friendly office staff, patient, understanding.
Gifted surgeon!
Would never recommend anyone to this office. Spent two minutes looking at my wrist fracture and decided to send me off to a different surgeon despite listing specializing in wrist injuries. Sent a bill despite providing no medical care.

Isn't it great when a Surgeon with 30 years of experience can recognize injuries that are better helped by other specialists, and then arrange to get you in to see those specialists. That is what my patients expect from me. Honesty, integrity and straightforwardness. Not many people complain about that. 30 years of experience is worth every second of that 2 minutes.
Dr. Bergman is a kind and very caring physician, extremely intelligent, an excellent surgeon. I trust him and feel very happy and cared for as a patient
