I would not know given the fact that I see the PA he has in his office. What you need to know is that the office staff, especially the office manager, who works from Florida is grossly incompetent. Her refusal to provide referrals for patients has been well documented. She threatens to discharge patients when her competence is tested. I truly have no idea why these Doctor's would trust her to have any interactions with patients in any capacity.
On a scheduled appt my name was called,thought I was going to see Dr,but was directed to billing where I was told I owed money,said I only had $40 was told " I'll take it,now you may see Dr Allen,was not happy,that's why I got a new primary care Dr,His office staff are cold,rude,they run his ship...
The office staff is inadequate and frustrating to say the least. I have called several times to get referrals don't even have the decency to call back patients . They do not send referrals promptly, nor do they send scripts when asked to do so. YOU NEED A NEW STAFF!!!!!!
This whole experience with Dr Allen has been unbelievable. This is something I never do but I feel I have to this Time. I went to him as a new patent after looking at reviews on line. It took over to months to actually get results back from a physical. It started with my first visit that I thought was with him. No it MP then had to wait another month to see him then had to wait 5 more weeks to get my results from all the test he did. I am running out of space. Do not go to him it is a schame.
Fantastic Doctor! So nice and caring. A real person not some nerdy robot. A regular guy who is extremely competent. Beautiful new medical building is stunning. Professional and courteous staff. A real win win !
Dr. Mark Allen, Communication skills are excellent with his bed side manner. He takes the lead in helping his patients. I have found him to be a right good fit for me.
