Extremely professional, listens and explains clinical issues then offers reasonable sound medical solutions.
It isn't an office you ever feel comfortable to be in. It wasn't just one thing. Yes the doctor is in question , his judgement on a few things. Most recently I spent an entire week trying to call them for records transfer. The phone went to a voice mailbox that doesn't exist! So it just hung up!! All week last week! All day , all week! Couldn't even leave a message! Now I certainly don't want to! I am not happy with them or their services for sure.
This Doc is great. Permanently fixed my ED. If your having trouble he can help. Don't wait your loosing valuable time.
He visited my wife in Fawcett hospital, on 20 January 2021, was rude, failed to define problems and solutions and stormed out. The other patient in the room also commented she had never seen such unprofessional conduct. We requested he call to define better the need for three times daily catharizing and he continued to be rude and talking down to my daughter, an RN who said in all her 44 years nursing in hospitals, he was only the second time she encountered such low level conduct. We will refuse any further association with... read more
Today I tried to book an appointment with Dr. Melser. I was asked for my Insurance Information. When I responded I was a self-pay I was told by the receptionist that I was unable to have an appointment because Dr. Melser does not deal with people without insurance. I explained to her that I have a healthy bank account and in addition, I would leave a credit card on file as well as Care Credit. She was abrupt and said absolutely not. Well, I am so happy that Dr. Melser's priorities are to get paid as opposed to helping people... read more
He is a kind, compassionate doctor. He actually listens to you when you speak and puts you at ease with how he intends to treat your particular problem. He and his staff go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. When visiting the office during the covid-19 pandemic I was amazed how efficiently they sanitized between patients.
Very caring and compassionate. Staff was wonderful.
I would recommend Dr. Melser to any man needing help with ED. He is very thorough and knows this subject well. He can handle anything, one way or another, in this area. In other words, he knows what he's doing.
I would recommend Dr. Melser to anyone needing a urologist in this part of Florida. His mannerisms and personality are extra special. I have received excellent care from Dr. Melser and his staff.
