I went to them and was diagnosed that I needed a root canal. The only doctor there was not available so I waited a week to get a root canal. Once I got there, I waited for 40 minutes until the doctor said he was too tired. So, he also said that I cannot get the root canal until I have a Cleaning. That makes no sense. So I came in the next day for a cleaning and I sat there for 20 minutes without anybody showing up. When the girl did show up. She was very rude and disrespectful. I’m very grateful to Dr. Marat Fainberg for his prompt and professional help during a sudden episode of severe tooth pain. He quickly identified the cause and clearly explained the next steps, including a necessary procedure. Dr. Fainberg is extremely attentive, caring, and thorough — I felt truly taken care of. I’ve been a patient since 2020 and even referred a family member. I’m switching to another Dentist. When I pay $167 out of pocket for a cleaning and Dr. Fainberg doesn’t have the decency to see me at the end, it’s disheartening. Sending in the dental hygienist stating he’s a Doctor is even more disrespectful and rude. Guess I’ve become one of those patients who suck your energy I’ve heard you talk about with your assistant while having my crown replaced.
