I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kiser today during my eye exam. I haven't had an exam in years and have been having vision problems, and Dr. Kiser took time to talk to me, and discuss my history during the exam. I felt like all of my concerns were addressed. I would recommend Dr. Kiser's office for anyone and I will revisit Dr. Kiser for future exams.

They sell here trendy eye glasses that can match any shape of the face. I look good with the eye glasses I bought.

I purchased a prescription for my sunglasses on 1/2/15. I called them on 12th checking the status and they say its back so I asked them to ship it, later the same day I got a call from them by another staff, leaving me a voicemail saying it's back and asked me to call back if I wanted to ship it. So I called again 14th saying I'm returning their phone call and wanted it to be shipped and they said again it's going to be shipped. But I haven't received anything, and I called again today only to find that it's not been shipped... read more

Normally I get my annual eye exam around July, later in this year my family Dr. sent me a reminder to have my eye exam. I went in to LensCrafters at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh as a walkin on Dec 30th and asked about the insurances they accept and to see if I could possibly get seen without having an appointment. The staff was very professional and they all worked in harmony to see that all customers were taken care of as soon as possible. I made an appointment with Dr Mantel and then read these reviews. I have been having trouble with my eyes and could not get to my regular doctor for several weeks, so I decided to give it a try….and I took my husband with me. The receptionist was very nice and polite. Dr. Mantel was very welcoming and informative. He talked to me about several options with contacts and glasses. My wife and I had exams an purchased glasses here. The doctor was very friendly and thorough, addressing any questions we had. The rest of the staff was also very helpful in choosing glasses and giving us the best recommendation on lenses. We both really like our new glasses and we will be back again.
