Dr. Goetzl seems aloof at first but he really takes care of his patients. After surgery, expect many periodic followups because he is conscientious physician. His secretary Ashley is helpful in scheduling appointments and communicates well with his patients.
Dr. Goeltzl is a good doctor I would recommend him to anyone. He listens and he takes real care of his patients.
Albeit my appointment had a bit of a late start. Once we started, everything went smoothly and his staff was very efficient and helpful. Dr G. Effectively explained the procedure and our way ahead. No complaints at all.
I have used Pinehurst Urology personally. Each time they they call to schedule an appointment, I clear my schedule, make plans to attend my appointment only to find out that my appointment has been rescheduled. This has happened twice. When I ask the folks, "Who is responsible to notify their patients that their appointment has been changed? I called today prior to my appointment and the lady told me the my appointment was rescheduled 4 months earlier." Very sloppy work and I need to find another Dr as this type of professio... read more
