I met Dr. Gupta in April of 2016. He was highly recommended to me by the individual whose home I purchased. Dr. Gupta was very clear and straight forward with his diagnosis. He not only demonstrated his desire to help me but showed a genuine concern for me as an individual. The few doctors I've been to for my "knee" pain only sent their PAs with no actual face to face dialogue with the surgeons themselves. Dr. Gupta deals with the whole person not just the symptoms.
He explained everything really well.
I had swelling in my calf and he sent me for physical therapy. I asked him to check my knee and after an MRI he said I had a torn meniscus.Gupta scheduled me for surgery without telling me he was going to remove and not repair the meniscus. They gave me a knee brace that never fit and I constantly called the office to say so. I wound up giving the brace back to them and they refused to credit me and my insurance company back. Go elsewhere
2 hours in office , 2 minutes with doctor, rushed, misdiagnosed and left in pain with the wrong treatment recommendation. Had to go to another doctor for proper treatment
