As a new patient, my experience with this office at the Plano location on 6/28 has been frustrating and disappointing. I had an appointment with Dr. Desai that turned into an ordeal. First, the office scheduled me at the Plano location instead of McKinney, forcing me to reschedule. Today, I tried again, but Google Maps directed me incorrectly, causing further delays. Great doctor with excellent bed side manners. Compassionate and smart as well.
Dr Desai is a great doctor. Takes time to listen and very knowledgeable. But office staff and scheduling appointments sometimes difficult.
