Had a very unprofessional experience here, I had an issue with the office staff and the Office manager never allowed me to speak to Dr Mani.. This is after 10 years of using this office. Even the Emails I received looked like they were written by someone else. I hope no one is made to feel as insignificant as I. I guess this place got to big.. no small town charm anymore at all. If you want great service, don't ask any questions, or they may fire you as a customer
Dr. Mani Khoshnejad is Hands Down the BEST doctor I've ever had!!! His staff always goes above and beyond to help you! They will stick it out with you until you completely understand what is going on. The nursing staff is Absolutely Top Notch! You would never have a clue that anyone of them are ever having a bad day. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mani Khoshnejad and Dr. Robert for years now They are excellent Drs., that are truly vested in your health, taking the time to listen closely and discuss any issue of concern. Dr. Mani Khoshnejad manages and follows your total health, including the results from specialists, and is involved accordingly. Dr. Mani is one of the best doctors I've ever had... and trust me, I've had many at my age! He's very friendly and caring, and that means so much. He remembers things you tell him, and he will ask you about them the next time you see him. I'm thrilled that I found him and would recommend him 150% to all!
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Mani & his staff. His bedside manner is impeccable, he’s very thorough during your visit and answers any questions you have. Such a calm, kind and compassionate Dr.
I have used him since he took over from the Walkers. Nothing but good word for him. He takes time for you and always has a solution for your ailments. Referrals always on time and rxs filled promptly. The only bad thing is that I am losing him as my PC as his practice is no longer taking Cigna-HealthSpring ins. I feel I'm not only losing my doctor but also a friend.
