They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids... read more
