I had a very disappointing experience when picking up my glasses. The staff member began adjusting the frames without asking how they fit, and continued making multiple changes without properly checking with me. Despite giving feedback that the fit was getting worse, the adjustments continued in different directions, which left the glasses sitting unevenly on my face.
