I had a very disappointing experience when picking up my glasses. The staff member began adjusting the frames without asking how they fit, and continued making multiple changes without properly checking with me. Despite giving feedback that the fit was getting worse, the adjustments continued in different directions, which left the glasses sitting unevenly on my face. Great Place
Doctor was very knowledgeable caring glasses quality was very poor not even one year and it started to get distorted never seen glasses like this in my life. Been wearing glasses 50 years never had poor quality like this.
I have to agree with Audrey. Been coming here for a few years now, the Dr's are great, but the front side staff has gone downhill. Used to have a wonderful gentlemen that went above and beyond with lens/frame needs. The new person has the warmth of Russia in the wintertime. I don't think I'll be going back.
