I only gave 2 stars because they dropped me as a patient because market place pays a portion on my insurance and also because I've never met the Dr I always get the Assistant's and the main reason I went there was because all the nurses at the hospital I go to kept telling me he is a good Dr but I didn't realize they were saying that because he 95% of the time works at the hospital and has nurses manage his Drs office, plus side is nurses are nice and they do there best to help you but minus is main Dr is almost never there ... read more
There is room for improvement regarding customer service communication outside of Dr. Naqi, Nurse Practitioner North, and the young lady that draws blood. Update, after leaving their office due to impolite treatment, I took my business elsewhere. My new doctor's office requested records several months ago that they have yet to receive. I have been getting hassled by Naqi's office over $36.00 measly dollars which they should have just written off after what I dealt with there. My original review was one.
