I waited 90 mins past my appt time before going back to an exam room. Once in a room I waited 10 mins for the first nurse to come ask me questions. Then waited another 15 mins when yet another nurse came in and asked the same questions. I waited another 15 mins for the doctor to come in, and when she arrived she was on a phone call regarding her laptop not functioning properly. I'm absolutely enraged at how Dr. Maliheh Massih treated my mother at her first appointment. We'll never come back here and I'll recommend anyone and EVERYONE against this place. Dr. Massih was dismissive, rude, and disrespectful towards my mother's request about disability and was insistent on my mother being employed and working through her major lumbar and cervical issues (diagnosed spinal stenosis, degenerative discs, nerve pain, & more) even though my mother hasn't been able to physically work for over a year.
