Whatever you do, DON”T GO SEE MALIA CRANMER! She is consistently unprofessional, does not take parent’s concerns into consideration, and has a lack of pediatric expertise that is beyond belief. On one occasion she was the physician overseeing a simple procedure of removing a splinter from my son. Unable to take care of it, my son was screaming in agony and when I asked her to stop, she refused to. Later, she upcoded the medical bill so that we would get charged for surgery.
