I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it’s necessary considering ALL the money I gave to this dentist over the years. I was very sad to find out when I moved and went for an emergency dental appointment and found out that the 2 expensive root canals from Walter’s were unnecessary. Keep in mind that I had braces in for 4 years with no issue until that expensive and timely process was over. I didn’t question him because I trusted him and he looked like me, big mistake. The front desk and staff are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. Spoke with Office manager in Aug 2024. She informed me my balance was was $300. Fast forward to Dec. The office scheduled my daughter a appointments WITHOUT my permission for Jan 17, 2025 At the same time sent me a bill for $2500 plus dollars. Now before Aug my Balance was $2200 plus. Would not recommend, office staff is unprofessional and billing is horrible.
I’m terrified of dental work due to a childhood trauma but he keeps me calm and he’s patient with me.
No! I've been coming here years at one point this was a decent dental office now the work sucks more than the service and because it's technically a black owned business I supported I had a Crown that cost 500.00 broke off less than a year I had fillings that were done terribly now left with hot and cold teeth until I find a new dentist like I cannot really eat food and even after the terrible work I'm still being charged just to have the bad fillings looked at the staff constantly changes a bunch off dental assistance from ... read more
