The front desk and staff are so unprofessional it's unbelievable. Spoke with Office manager in Aug 2024. She informed me my balance was was $300. Fast forward to Dec. The office scheduled my daughter a appointments WITHOUT my permission for Jan 17, 2025 At the same time sent me a bill for $2500 plus dollars. Now before Aug my Balance was $2200 plus. I’m terrified of dental work due to a childhood trauma but he keeps me calm and he’s patient with me.
No! I've been coming here years at one point this was a decent dental office now the work sucks more than the service and because it's technically a black owned business I supported I had a Crown that cost 500.00 broke off less than a year I had fillings that were done terribly now left with hot and cold teeth until I find a new dentist like I cannot really eat food and even after the terrible work I'm still being charged just to have the bad fillings looked at the staff constantly changes a bunch off dental assistance from ... read more
