I had a very good experience with the team at this clinic. I no longer have trouble breathing after surgery. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Hafidh and his team. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The receptionist is very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed to book or follow up. Steer as far as possible away from this man! Told me my son needed another surgery, something in my gut didn’t feel right, when I asked him questions about it he became very hostile. Went and got my son’s paediatrician and family doctor to look into his ears. Neither of them seen the same findings, asked for another referral for an ENT specialist, he also said no, there is no hole in my son’s inner ear needing to be repaired .
