I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Maksim A. Shlykov. From my very first office visit through the day of surgery and all the way into my recovery, he has been nothing short of exceptional. In the Lords Prayer we ask God to give us our daily bread, meaning all of our needs to maintain our lives. In Dr Shlykov he fulfilled my request.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shlykov. I was able to be seen fairly quickly, my concerns were taken seriously, and Dr. Shlykov was able to completely resolve the issues that brought me into his office. This was my first major surgery, but the Maryland Spine Center made it as positive an experience as possible under the circumstances. Highly recommend.
Dr. Shlykov is an amazing spine surgeon. I am just starting my eighth month of recovering from fusion on my L3, L4, and L5. He has done a super job on my back and I am feeling better and better each day. Many of my friends can't believe how great I am doing. I would recommend Dr. Shlykov if you need any surgery for your back or neck. He's the best.
