I wish I could give a zero rate. This dental office is by far the worst. If you have elderly parents or family that go here, please make sure their not being scammed by this office. My parents have paid for their dentures almost 8-9 months now. They have gone for three visits and got the answers of, the dentures are not the right ones, they were never ordered and my favorite; they can't find them. Dr Imam is an excellent Dentist. He helped me find solutions for cosmetic and functional issues from past Dental Debacles that weren't just charging me more and more and more..... Thank you. He has a great eye and is a very skilled.cosmetic dentist.
This company has the worst professionalism, I scheduled an appointment and took off work to make that appointment. The site called me after 5pm and said corporate overbooked me, so when I tried to call and see if there was another site I could go to I had an even worse experience. The lady put me on hold twice for longer than 15 minutes because she didnt know the address of the office, then when she found it (after 6:30) she transferred me to a line that said they were closed !
