Dr Hamad is very professional and polite. Always a pleasure dealing with him.
Absolutely disgusting service. I called less than an hour before my wife's appointment (check-up for my 1 week old daughter) to see if they were running late, as they always are. The receptionist told me they were currently on time. My wife and newborn end up waiting 45 mins in a room full of sick people to see the Dr. The receptionist is incompetent and should be ashamed of herself.
Dr Hamad and Dr Jamal are good Drs, but are inconsistent with their level of care. I've booked 8.30am appointments (first slot) to avoid lengthy waits and watched Dr Hamad walk into the practice at 8.50am, prepare a tea then proceed to see me at 9am. With this type of schedule, it's no wonder the clinic runs behind on appointments for 30-120 mins. You can almost never see your Dr on time, so if you have somewhere to be, don't visit this clinic.
