Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. . Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were kind and knowledeable, very no-nonsense type of treatment and advice offered. The waiting room here is comfortable. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed.
