There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I really appreciated about them, was that they didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to talk about everything I needed to, without worrying about being interrupted or cut off. I just do not care much for the receptionist i think she is kind of rude and doesn't return calls

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Yes, I felt very uneasy

Maybe it's just that our personality types don't meld well, but I didn't care for Dr. Shehata. After just the first visit I was taken off medication too quickly without even a warning of what might happen. Had I known the signs to watch for I wouldn't have become nonfunctional while at work one day. I felt at a couple visits he said very unprofessional things to me that didn't relate to my treatment at all.
