From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Para and his entire team was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Dr. Para was warm, thorough, and truly took the time to listen. He showed real concern for getting to the root cause of my issue and walked me through possible scenarios and next steps with care and clarity. Staff was excellent and everything was super clean. Getting an appt was easy. 2 stars because Dr Jasper was in a hurry.. saw him maybe 5 mins when he explained the MRI and left... He gave no suggestions on next steps and escorted me out of the exam room. Didn't get the vibe that he cared about me or my symptoms. Very lazy doctor IMO.
The best Ent practice I have been to. Everyone is awesome. Highly recommend
