Everyone at Advanced ENT are awesome! From the front end staff, to the nurses and ofc Dr. Para. They all make you feel better with their kindness. Dr. Para is a great doctor and will make a plan to get to the bottom of your issues. He listens and makes you feel heard. He will not push any treatment on you and will make recommendations for you to make your own decision.
"Very disappointed with the front desk service. I called with a question, but the staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and impolite. She did not listen to me properly and abruptly cut the call. Can't say enough good things about this office and Dr Parameswaran (DrP). My first time in I saw Jaster Francis (his PA) and he was very helpful and informative - my issue resolved successfully. The second time in I saw DrP and he was great. He's very relaxed and inviting of any questions you may have - there's no sense of trying to rush you at all. A very well-run practice in all aspects. Front desk is inviting and communicates clearly. I saw Dr. Parameswaran after dealing with debilitating sinus infections. He was patient and thorough. He laid out a plan to help me get to where I needed to be between medication and minor lifestyle/diet changes. Would recommend this practice and Dr. Para to anyone in need of an ENT.
