First, the receptionist is the most courteous and professional person I have ever experienced in any office. She knew everything and answered all of my questions. She was efficient and had everything organized. The dental assistant was friendly and informative. The doctor was clear with his explanations and set out a treatment plan with options. This was a really good practice.
As a dental practitioner, I highly recommend Dr.Matin’s practice. Dr. Matin and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Always a thorough and gentle cleaning with Victoria.
My dentist referred me to Dr. Madjid Matin, on short notice, after I had a fall, in which I broke two teeth. Dr. Matin explained clearly the procedures that I will have to undergo in the future. The quality of care he has given to me is outstanding.
Dr. Matin is extremely kind and thoughtful in his approach. He does procedures that are no piece of cake without any pain. He is terrific.
Dr. Matin and Staff have the best Practice I have ever visited. They are professional, super organized, personable, and communicate extremely well. All questions and concerns are addressed easily and the follow up is impressive. Any concerns or anxiety about visiting a Periodontist are alleviated.
The process is not complete, but so far the process has gone very smoothly. The doctor and staff are very professional and friendly.
Dr. Matin is extremely patient as well as thoughtful about options for treatment - always seeking the most longevity out of any 'fix'.
