First of I agree about the other reviews with problems with her staff. Ball dropped several times by her staff and even Dr. Koganti got on the phone and told me she had to fire someone and Dr. Koganti told me she had a hysterectomy and these were reasons the ball was dropped and didn’t receive my important messages. Very unprofessional! I would not choose Dr. Koganti. Dr. Koganti filled me full of Topamax and come to find out I only had a severe case of dry eye! Off all medications. Horrible Dr.

Have gone to see her twice and both times were told they didn't have the test results which were faxed to them weeks prior to my appointment. There is definitely a lack of communication in the office. They did admit that the test results were in the file but didn't bother to look because they weren't uploaded to my chart but this was AFTER the appointment. There is no communication between the neurosurgeon and Dr. Koganti with the MRI results. Very disappointed!
Diagnosed a stroke as an anxiety attack brought on by vertigo. Would not listen to our concerns or answer our questions, and was put out that we would dare question her. We requested a second opinion. Cardiologist diagnosed a cardiac stroke and said TPA administered in ER at the direction of the downtown Baylor neurologist consult and ER doctor broke up the clot and prevented extensive brain damage.
She is an awesome physician and great listener.
While I feel she is a good doctor, she has a constant rotation of her entire staff. To me, that is an indication that her employees are not happy working for her. I have frequently heard her berate the staff in front of patients rather than waiting to do it privately. The lack of consistency with the staff concerns me about the quality of care since no one knows my history. Her entire staff has been there less than a month!
Brilliant! After other doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me, Dr. K knew almost immediately. Staff has always been great with me and patient.
Honest, objective, actually listens and asks follow-up questions! Very quick to return phone calls. Highly recommend.
Dr. Koganti was nice but to the point. She really is into the numbers and not much time for talking about the issue. This has been 10+ months ago. They messed up on my coding which has caused all kinds of havoc with the diagnostics company. My insurance and I have been contacting her front desk since then and I have talked to someone once and my insurance the same. They say they will fix it and they never do. My bill is headed to collections and they want me to pay more than I owe. I have never
