Anyone who is suffering from any neurological ailments will receive the best care and advisement from this esteemed doctor. She is first class in her approach to patient diagnosis and care.
She was dismissive of my current knowledge of the drugs and I do not believe having seen a migraine specialist in Houston that she is current on the drugs that are effective and needed in migraine patients. I am a pharmacist and every time I said something - she interrupted and was dismissive. She kept telling me how hard it was to get a prior authorization and how I should appreciate that. Dr Koganti was called in to see me in the BS&W Hospital in Grapevine when I had Seizures several years ago (2015). I have seen her since then for medication management. She also began prescribing a new medication for Migraines. She is always thorough and takes care to explain my treatment very well. She also referred me to a new Psychiatrist as I was on a great deal of Mental health meds.
The staff went above and beyond to help me with paperwork before my appointment. The Dr. Was on time, thorough and gave me great feedback about what I’m dealing with.
Dr KOGANTI is extremely patient, understanding and very knowledgeable about the brain. Her staff is all very professional and also very kind. The entire place is spotless and organized.
Don't waste your time with this person. After 2 MRIs, an EMG evaluation and 3 content-free office visits, I still have no idea what she found or what is causing my medical problem! During my office visits, she always seemed flustered, indecisive, unprepared and lacking the knowledge required to diagnose my condition.
Ever get in an argument with your doctor? On my initial visit, this happened to me. In discussing different treatment options (i.e. drugs she wanted to feed me), she got frustrated with me by suggesting that there might be other diet and lifestyle choices that could benefit me. Dr. Koganti was knowledgeable and caring making me feel comfortable and the staff was wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Koganti.
