Dr Devaraju is very engaging and thorough. She has your best interest at heart when she is treating you. She has been my doctor for several years.
Never have I experienced a whole practice to be completely incompetent at their jobs. From the front staff to the Dr. Two members of my family have had no one followup on medical care but they do have an automated call system call you multiple time per week to make an appointment when you don't need one! Will not be returning.
She and her staff NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS! She is very incompetent to treat anything more serious than a common cold. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to take care of your health needs - she should not be holding the title "M.D.!!!"
When her practice first opened her reviews were terrible. I tried to help her because she was new and seemed good. Oh how wrong I was. Left a message for nurse four days later I called again. Never did call back. Now They have no one answering phone. I left a message that I wanted appointment just to see if they would call that was yesterday no call backs. Try to get a prescription that she has ordered it still takes days. I guess they forget to call it in. Would not recommend her to anyone.
When my doctor of many years retired I went to Dr. Devaraju for a replacement general practitioner. I find she is always late and I have to wait for at least an hour beyond appointment schedule. Not once but everytime. She changed my medication that I had for years and it didnt work, then agreed to go back to the dosage my previous doctor wanted. Would not renew blood pressure medication without having blood work after she prescribed it over 1 year ago! Very hungry to bill you needlessly.
She is an excellent Doctor, takes care of the patients so well.
