The service was highly unprofessional, and I seriously question the accuracy of their prescriptions. I originally came in for an eye exam about a month ago and was given a prescription that seemed unusually strong. Because I didn’t believe my vision was actually that bad, I decided to come back less than three weeks later to have it rechecked. Shockingly, the results were completely different. Good service, Professional. I see some people say they don't measure Pupil distance if the patient don't purchase glasses there, that is because every glasses is different, pupil distance is more accurate to mark on the exact eye glasses the patient choose. So, it's very reasonable and fine to refuse measuring pupil distance (PD) if not choose any glasses there. The prescription my family got from Dr. Ma is very accurate, same as the glasses, good price and good quality.
I'm extremely unhappy with the services provided at this eye clinic and they are extremely unprofessional. I ordered a pair of contacts with them and I was told my new pairs would be the same as my current prescription, which was confirmed by me. When I went to pick them up, I was told they actually changed my prescription, I told them I wasn't notified of this change nor did I consent to this prescription change. Went to get OK lenses fitted here for about three years. Equipment is very outdated and Dr. Ma lacks professionality and manners. I don't think I've ever gotten a "hi" nor "bye" even when I was paying this woman thousands of dollars. 0/10 Please avoid her at all costs.
