This is a pathetic eye clinic. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if there were an option. The Asian lady at the front desk with short hair was extremely rude and unreasonable. We had an appointment for us and for my daughter's eye checkup, but her physical health card was not available because we had not received it yet after the renewal. We were carrying the temporary paper provided by ServiceOntario which almost all of the clinic we called said they accept it.
