Visited Dr.Ma with my wife for eye exams (I have got full eye exam). Dr.Ma is quite professional and patient. She examined my eyes and explained to me in details and told me how to protect eyes. A happy experience!
quality of service definitely went downhill, last time i went, she first said my right eye prescription increased, then 2 minutes later said oh nvm it's still the same, then 5 minutes later said oh nvm i think it actually did increase a bit, then another 3 minutes later finally confirmed it's still the same. I was like: ???? Very confusing and not straight forward! Equipment are also pretty old and outdated.
