Dr. Strother was very helpful today in explaining my condition and how to help reduce symptoms. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered.
- Dr is very thorough and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. - Staff is very welcoming - Spotless environment.
The doctor was extremely patient in answering my questions, explaining everything thoroughly, and reassuring me on my concerns.
Staff have been super helpful in setting up difficult to schedule appointments and made multiple phone calls to insurance, pharmacies, labs, etc to get a treatment to work for me. I drive from Seattle to come here because of that. Wish there was more Saturday availability but that is my only constructive feedback.
Dr. Strother was very thorough in his evaluation of my moles that I had concerns with. He explained what each spot was with detail. His assistant, Phoebe was fabulous as well!
Megan is very knowlegable. She was excellent at explaning how my treatment would work. She made me feel very comfortable with trying something new and solving my issues. Her assistant Karin was excellent as well.
I have been coming here for years and am always treated wonderfully. I see Angela but have seen a few of the others here and have always been treated well and taken care of quickly. I recommend this office out to others as well.
dr. strother is very friendly and is awesome at answering my questions, providing me with options with pros and cons and with recommendations. He is also very patient and makes me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Strother was genuinely engaging and caring. Put a lot of effort into normalizing the experience for me. His support staff seems sensitive as well, and made me feel at ease.
