nursing staff always is very professional, asks how I am feeling and what issues are to be discussed today with the doctor. Wait time is very short and I never feel rushed through the appointment. Dr. Strother is always very professional and friendly and I always feel that all my questions are answered fully. Things that may be scary (such as a new spot on the skin) are investigated fully and all my concerns are addressed.
She listens to my concerns and addresses each one. Sometimes it feels a little rushed but just on days I imagine are busier than others. I am always able to fully explain what I need.
exam was thorough and performed quickly. Treatments were performed expertly and there was no discomfort whatsoever.
Everyone was very courteous and amiable. I was seen on time. The appointment was very informative. Doctor visits in general make me nervous, but I was put at ease.
Robin is a wonderful master aesthetician. She is compassionate and very gentle with her services. She explains all her procedures thoroughly. I would highly recommend her sevices.
All the staff is very friendly and profesional. Dr Neill is very knowledgeable and patient, she listens to all my concerns and treats me very kindly. I would definitely recommend her.

Doctor Strother is awesome! Always personable, remembers who I am, etc. He explains things in a manner that I can easily follow. His assistants are also exceptional and very friendly.
Dr Neill was fantastic. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. I came in for an exam but she made time to remove two suspicious spots. Olga did an amazing job with numbing.
