I went to the doctors today with my 1 yr old, who needed blood work and due to the unprofessionalism of the medical assist. who attempted to draw his blood, she got frustrated because my 1 yr old would not keep still, which is normal when dealing with kids, my husband tried his best to tame our son but instead of the lady calling another staff member in for help, she then threw the blood that was already drawn on the floor and left the needle in my son's arm and stormed out refusing further care.
