The office staff is absolutely incredible! Each time I am there ever single support staff person in the office has been nothing be courteous, professional, friendly, hard woo and kind. Customer service is hard to come by. The staff’s customer service is one of the best I have encountered in many years. I have been Dr Ghajar’s patient for several years now and I must rate his service and staff excellent! I just had my first cataract surgery with him yesterday and feel amazing today. Also I want to give kudos to all the staff at Fresno surgery center as they were fantastic !
My cataract surgery has been a life altering event. I’m an avid reader and golfer but my vision had been deteriorating over the past few years. After surgery, my vision has improved to the point that I can see like Superman! Dr Ghajar’s staff is extremely helpful and understanding about all the particulars that patients want to learn about. It’s a very busy office but every bit of the time with the staff was well managed. There was a wait, but reasonable. Being treated as a patient of Dr. Ghajarina is well worth the wait -we felt renewed as the lens upgrade was certainly life enhancing!
Dr. Ghajar is the best combination you can get in a doctor: personable, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable regarding his specialty. I recently had corneal and cataract surgery on my right eye. It was painless and extremely effective. I will have my left eye done next month. I couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you Dr. Ghajar for giving me my vision back!
We were very confident in Dr Ghajar from the time we met him. He was calm, explained procedures well and could answer our questions so we could understand everything. His staff was very polite and helped whenever possible.
Both Dr. Ghajar and his staff are amazing. I am always treated with kindness and respect. They are a very efficient office and i have never waiting more than 5 minutes.
