Dr. Powderly was my son's pediatrician for 5 years until we moved. She was awesome. Very kind, prompt and thorough. As a first time mom I had lots of questions regarding development and infant care and she was great about answering all of them. Staff was always professional and quick to follow up if I had concerns.
We love Dr. Powderly. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and helpful! The kids pretend to be her at home and check their stuffed animals eyes and ears etc. She’s a role model in our house, haha, Thank you for being there for our girls!
Loved Powderly until she sent a letter terminating our relationship because an office employee, Gracie, called me 20 minutes before my son’s appt to let me know my son’s his insurance was not accepted. To tell me it was my job as his mother to check that information before an appt even though we’ve been going to this office for 5 years. My husband just passed away, the kids just lost their father and Powderly couldn’t understand, how inhumane of a doctor to punish my kids.
