I sought treatment from Dr. McNown, for my back pain. wWhile Dr. McNown was good as a chiropractor, I must express some dissatisfaction for the service as a whole by awarding a three-star rating. This decision stems from an unexpected billing matter, wherein I received a subsequent bill totaling $92.52, following an initial upfront payment of $25. The BEST! My wife and I have chronic back and neck problems. Dr. McNown is the only one we've tried who was able to get us stabilized. We now see him for 5-week "maintenance" visits, which keeps us in good condition. He's been a great councelor and encourager through the many years, too
How could I possibly write enough about how excellent Dr. Jeff is? Our whole family sees him and he has helped us all through so many things. It is a privilege to live close enough to see Dr. Jeff. Dr. Jeff listens well and has a kind way about him. I highly recommend him.
After many years experience with quite a few different chiropractors, I've never been so happy as to have discovered Dr. McKnown. He is an absolutely superlative chiropractor with a wealth of experience and modalities at his disposal. That said, the proof is in the results. He consistently provides the best care I've ever received, while also being demonstrating character and integrity. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care.
I came to Dr McNown after a recent car accident. I have received amazing care from the Dr and his team. My husband comes here too and is always pleased with his adjustments.. Dr McNown is great at what he does. And he has a great personality. He genuinely cares and gets to know each patient as an individual. I also need to mention Heather, the office manager.
