Horrible bedside manners. Months and months go by nothing changes and nothing is done. Staff leaves early, makes constant mistakes. Horrible doctor and staff.
I like Dr. Asraf. I believe he is very knowledgable and concentrates on proper diagnosis and treatment. He took time to explain my issues and answer questions. ,OFFICE STAFF A DIFFRENT STORY ,HE NEEDS TO HAIR A NEW CREW
I agree with others. I like Dr. Asraf. I believe he is very knowledgable and concentrates on proper diagnosis and treatment. He took time to explain my issues and answer questions. That said, HIS OFFICE STAFF IS TERRIBLE AND THAT'S WHEN YOU CAN FINALLY GET AHOLD OF THEM! THEY ARE NONRESPONSIVE EVEN WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. Their poor performance reflects on the Doctor, unfortunately.
he is a good doctor if you ever actually get to see him ( usually on the first visit then it's his n/p from then on BUT HIS OFFICE STAFF IS LAZZZZZZZZZZZZY, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH VERY ILL PERSONS SINCE THEY REFUSE TO TRANSFER TIME SENSITIVE HEALTH RELATED MEDICAL RECORDS TO ANY OTHER PHYSICIAN OR HOSPITAL AND THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE YOUR BREATHING EQUIPMENT OR NOT IT IS TOO MUCH WORK FOR THEM TO DO WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR.
