If you could rate this a 0, I would. My daughter had a nureology apoitment and we couldn't find the office. We looked for over an hour and still didn't fing it. We called about ten times and nobody answered. I even called this morning and left a message say if they could call me back. Nobody did. We went to the website and found an address. We followed the address and it brought us to nowhere. We went to other buildings to ask if they knew where it was, and they didn't.
After two days of phones calls, I finally spoke with someone to be told this doctor will not see my daughter because she missed an appointment back in October (car accident, sorry you were not the first person that came to mind). For a doctor to turn away a child that's having head aches to the point of getting dizzy shows a lot. Your receptionist saying "sorry there's nothing we can do" isn't enough. In the end, I'm glad my daughter will not be seen by you. Clearly, you don't have the passion we as parents are looking for.
