Been with sr a few years and too bisy of office to her good care
My first visit to Dr Philips, she recommended a tetanus shot because I couldn’t remember when the last one was received. I was billed for $65 for the shot. Insurances wouldn’t cover it. When questioning the bill I was told had I gone to a pharmacy my insurance would have paid. Why wasn’t this explained to me???? She also told my husband he has Afib. After testing with a cardiologist it was determined he indeed does not have Afib. We are senior citizens with limited income. Never going back to her.
Dr Philips has been my family doctor for a number of years now and she has been wonderful!! Always available when needed. She has seen me through some really rough times. Her office is great, the clinical staff is really great. Dr Philips is truly one of the best family doctors that I have ever met, one of the most reliable, easy doctor to talk to. She puts you at ease right away. She does go above and beyond for her patients!

I was a patient of hers for about 2 years. On each visit the Med Tech staff seemed unconcerned and aloof. The physician's affect was similar in that she displayed a flat affect and spoke very little at a barely audible volume. She felt compelled to wear gloves before touching me, never had that before or since. In the end, I changed to a provider who seems genuinely interested and clearly remembers who I am from one visit to the next.
Dr Phillips is very knowledgeable and caring Her staff does not return phone calls and are terrible about getting prescriptions refilled Very frustrating to deal with
Wonderful physician. Kind, patient and listens. Her staff is also top notch.
Dr. Phillips listens to you, very comforting. She has a heart, compassion. She really cares about her patients.
Dr. Philips was very flat and seemed uninterested in my health concerns. I was so excited about seeing her based on the other reviews, but I left her office feeling majorly disappointed. Front office staff was lovely but I will find a doctor with a more caring attitude.
