The review by Lisa is obviously from a person that has never been in Dr. Langlois' office. I have been her patient for over 20 years, and have never once had the time to even open a magazine in her waiting room before being ushered back to an exam room. (There IS no 'waiting room drag') She was a concierge internist before the term was invented.
