i have been trying to contact the doctor for days now and no response. when calling the office, there is no answers and if they answer, they put you on hold for over 30 minutes. my experience has not been good at all as I am trying to find out what is wrong with my child. I am in process of getting the records to go for second opinion, but that is also taking a long time. I am very frustrated
