Evaluation of needs related to swelling, soreness toe, toenails cut, difficulty walking, TX for any other foot ankle issues. Script faxed to EBM. Cream given for nails and toes. X-rays taken. Results Big Toe my right foot Big Toe destroyed by arthritis. Doctor Mehl recommended good shoes. Visited shoe store. Staff very nice. Doctor Mehl wants to see me in two months. Call from EBM.
