Dr .Zigar is a gifted doctor and healer . She is highly intuitive , and a great listener . I always feel taken care of in the most nourishing way . I have had acupuncture in my life , but nothing compares to Lyndsay; it is self care at its finest . You leave feeling connected , rested and recharged .
