They were nice, courteous, fast, and careful. That was worth every penny. If you are in need of professional, top quality movers, look no further. We just moved and I was anxious about how much stuff we had and the breakability of some items. Black Bear was communicative and responsiveness up until our move. In fact, we called maybe 3 days before our scheduled move to see if we could move the date up by a week, and they were extremely accommodating. They didn't charge me extra or anything, they fit us into the desired date.
In my mind it was very complicated to move the entire office to the new space that we rented due to the increase in the staff. We contacted several companies and some even required us to properly package everything or else they were not responsible, then I contacted Black Bear moving and storage Santa Ana and in addition to giving me a free estimate, they took care of everything. I had never worked with such a reliable company.
